Why trust us with your dog?
As domesticated animals, dogs are protected under the Animal Welfare Act 2006. A dog walker is identified along with the owner as being responsible for the dog whilst in our care. we have taken every precaution to be the best at what we do.
We are Ofqual Level 3 qualified in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare, city & Guilds qualified in the Technical Competence of Dog Walking and Canine First Aid. We endeavour to remain qualified and up to date on all qualifications. We are also DBS checked to give you the peace of mind you need whilst your dog is in our care.
What do we do on wet and rainy days?
The weather is never too cold for us pet peeps so rain won't stop us. We will ensure your dog is towel dried before returning to keep them muddy paws at bay.
When we are lucky enough to get hot weather we monitor temperatures at all time. If we decide the weather is unsuitable to walk, we will conduct home visits instead ensuring all dogs have water, toilet breaks & of course as much fuss as possible.
Whats your policy on walking dogs off lead?
Within your assessment we will talk through walking your dog off lead, our pet peeps will only let your dog off lead if they have your written consent and you feel comfortable.
We always use our own leads. We ask that all dogs must have a harness /collar with an ID tag registered to yourself with the correct legal information on (Name, House Number, Postcode, Phone Number).

Do I need to have an assessment day before I can book?
Yes, before we start working with our newest gang member, we offer a free of charge assessment meeting. These meetings are around 30 minutes in length and take place in the comfort of your home.
It gives us the opportunity to meet one another and we are also able to answer any queries you may have. Most importantly it enables your pet(s) to meet us and get to know us before we start caring for them.
